    Unsafe Return
    Incident Response
    Yossi Gabay
After a collision of Madi with other car/cars (regardless of who's fault was it), Madi was driving on the grass in the left side of the road. Instead of slowing down the car on the grass and rejoin nicely, Madi continued to dive almost normally and tried to join from the left, but as soon as he went on the road his car spin and hit my car directly. Maid should have slow down in the grass dramatically before trying to rejoin the race to make sure car is stable enough

While unfortunate results for Yossi, Madi, and maybe others, Maid tried to gain control of the car and couldn't. He was oversteering to one direction, and then getting a pendulum response and lost control. At no point he was in control with his steering wheel straight to be able to slow down. Unfortunate racing incident.

    Incident Report
    Unsafe Return
    Incident Response
    Moshe Pinchevsky
    1) the return to the track was very safe. I was back on track at speed long before Yossi approached. If anything, he can say I did not let him pass quickly enough, but for some reason I had no flags during the race. In any event, this is not an unsafe return. 2) when Yossi caught up with me I tried to let him pass me on the inside of the chicane. On lap 3 of the same race, when I tried to let someone pass me there by going to the inside and slowing, he thought I was fighting him, so with Yossi I tried to slow and let him pass on the inside. 3) when I saw Yossi wasn't going to pass on the inside line, I continued straight on off the track to let him pass me. So this is not enough. Maybe next time I should disconnect and disappear....
    Yossi Gabay
I was closing a gap to a cars in front of me constantly and was very close to start a battle for position. Moshe was a blue flag and just before the last chicane Moshe got hit from a car and was slowly driving on the right side, and just when I was coming very close to the car in front of me Moshe turn left to open up the chicane to turn in a very slow speed, forcing me to brake hard way before the braking zone. Then Moshe decided to continue straight (probably understand his mistake) but it was too late for me, I lost 2 critical seconds that prevented me from overpassing other cars

I understand Moshe's frustration, and I'm not sure what happened in the previous laps that he described, but anyways - the principal is the same. After returning from an incident, when you see Yossi 1s behind you, there's no reason to come back suddenly to the racing line. It would be better to stay of it.

    General Collision
    Incident Response
    Shalva Kvitelshvili
There was a lot of space on the left side of the track that John could use. If I went any more to the right I would jump on the huge sausage kerbs and lose control of the car and would still probably hit John and the rest of the grid. I didn't back out as I felt I was alongside enough to justify me taking the inside of the corner.
    John Chiko
shalve thought he had more room than he did. i left as much room as possible
    Incident Reviews
    Steward 1
It's a difficult one. First, Shalva was parallel at the entry and is eligible not to back out. Both drivers left enough space, both drivers had more space to be used, each one on their side, and both drivers moved slightly towards the other, causing the collision. I don't find it justified to blame one driver more than the other here, racing incident.

הרכבים של שלבה וגון היו מקבילים בשיקיין ולכן כל אחד צריך לשמור על הקו של עצמו. נראה שגון לא השאיר מספיק מקום לרכב של שלווה וסטה לכיוון שלו.

yaroslav had damage which made his car not safe to drive. because of that he hit the inside sausage and bounced back to the track causing me to swerve and lose control. when cars are damaged and dangerous to drive you are obliged to tow!

Yaroslav had a lot of damage and he should have tow back to the pit. He didn't saw John, because he tried to control the damaged car. John saw that from behind and he could have try to overtake him more carefully.

i can understand Yari on trying to keep racing even with damage, but with case you driving with broken car you should considar to towing. when you driving with damage, you take responsibility on crashes almost immediately. and the punishment is more higher. Yari Cat 4 on driving with damaged car and maked to crash with John. John, you seen Yari on the bamper, and you know he with damage, next time considaret to pass him on the next corner.

Causing an incident because of damaged car clearly something can be avoided. That said, John should have been much more careful knowing Yari is there.

While I find Or's line somewhat confusing, as he does leave some space for Ran, even tough he doesn't have to, Ran came from far away, and carried some understeer out to hit Or. I wouldn't call it a dive bomb, but he does carry more fault here,
