Coming into corner #10 , I've noticed Rom's car in the middle of the track ( between corners 9-10). His car was moving relatively very very slow, I assumed he had a spin/accident/whatever and he is trying to blend back in traffic. If you look at the accident from my cockpit, you can see that Rom's car became visible to me when I was approx. 100 meters from him so I didn't have much time to response. I decided to keep the driving line. Rom's responsibility in cases like this is to stay static until the track is clear, but in any case you cannot return to the driving line , Especially in minimum speed like he had. If he had looked to the "relative" box he had probably can tell I was approaching., End of story, I finished in the wall.

Not much to say - drove 90 degrees across the entire track which resulted in the death of Dekel Naar, Ron Cohen, and almost two other drivers. CAT4 to Rom according to the penalty instructions.

Rom returned to the racing line in two maneuvers, both were done in unsafe manners. It is of course unintentional and it seems that Rom tried not to hit the other drivers, but still did big mistakes in his returns to track. The first mistake is obvious. The one with Ron - he should have looked in the mirror and stay on his line.

Very Slow on Track - You do not change your line if you are so slow when everyone else is coming behind you..

well this accident really depends on perspectives... From my point of view, I thought I completed the pass on Gilad and that he was in the inside line, on the left of me. So I placed my car in the middle of the track to protect my position. I braked little early for this one, because of cold tires and I was afraid to hit someone from behind. Looking from Gilad's cockpit, it looked like I did a little blocking there... But looking again on Gilad's car from far chase, he came from the left of the track directly behind my car, way to close, when we both facing one of the hardest braking zones on track on cold tires. I think he could have kept the inside line / more distance... I didn't report it because it seems like a racing incident to me... but whoever reported it might think differently :)
    Gilad Heskia
As I prepare myself to the braking zone (by opening my line a bit) Ron and I moved towards each other , I was surprised by Ron that entered my site a fraction of a second before he pressed on the brakes. before Ron surprised me I had a clear braking zone and because of that I didn't brake in this area. Alon was behind me and rear bumped me because of the concertina effect.
    Alon Zeltser
I was driving behind Gilad, as we approached the turn he was moving towards the outer line (the traditional racing line) so I took the inner to provide more space and to make it safer, I was already breaking for the turn while the two cars in front of me (Gilad & Ron) made contact. either the contact or attempting to avoid it Gilad car to suddenly moved to my line and the contract caused Gilad car to reduce all its speed at once. I had no time to respond and nothing that I could do to avoid making contact with Gilad.

Ron closed the door way too late on Gilad, he adjusted his line while already on the braking zone - CAT2.

The only one which one may blame here is Ron. Putting myself in Gilad's shoes I don't think I would react quickly enough as well. This kinds of maneuvers are for F1 and Porsche Super Cup :) But I don't think there was anything intentional or too much beyond limits and so my verdict is CAT0.

Racing incident, Ron applied the breaks too early for the corner relative o the speed he was driving at. He also applied the brakes right after entering Gilads line.

    Incident Report
    Unsafe Return
    Incident Response
    Oren Sadeh
    1. Unsafe return by Reem Gross to the track, caused a collision with Idan Sher that hit me. 2. Idan didn't slow down enough, and stayed in 4th gear entering a yellow flag "war zone" and hit me. If Reem wasn't there Idan would have hit me as well. You can see how the car behind Idan, Yossi Gabay, entered the yellow flag "war zone" with caution going down to 2nd gear.
    Idan Sher
I was going 60, no gas, mostly on brakes, my path to the right was clear. Ariel did not return from the grass on the right and did not leave any room for me. Oren on my left after slowing due to an accident ahead, made a hard turn all the way from the left side of the track to the right. At that point both drivers did not leave any room for me while we were already parallel.

Too much havoc going on to assign blame for Idan, we cant really know what would have happened with him and Oren so CAT0 for Idan. What we can see for sure is that Reem joined in an unsafely manner to the track. Although Reem joined the track not on the racing line (so that wouldn't be a problem deeper in the race), he did so on Lap1 where on many corners cars are going 2-3 wide, so when rejoining on starting laps one must take extra caution even when coming off the racing line. According to the Instructions - unsafe return with contact results in automatic CAT3\CAT4 - therefore, I think Reem should get the lesser punishment because he attempted to join safely off the racing line. CAT3 for Reem.

All drivers reacted acceptably I think, taking into consideration the chaos and lack of time to react. I do think more caution from all drivers involved could be much welcome. Racing incident

Both Ariel/Reem and Oren Sadeh should have exercised more caution as they were both very slow with faster cars coming fast. Idan could have slowed more.
